Yes! All of our puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian and receive their first vaccination at 8 weeks old, along with a health certificate to confirm they are healthy and ready for their new home.
To reserve a puppy from XOXO Yorkies: 1. Complete our Puppy Application so we can get to know you. 2. A FaceTime or phone call is required — we want to ensure our puppies are placed in the best homes possible. 3. Once approved, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your puppy. 4. The remaining balance is due at pickup or before delivery. We care deeply about where our puppies go, and finding the right fit is our top priority.

Yes! At XOXO Yorkies, all of our parent dogs undergo comprehensive genetic health testing through reputable laboratories. • Home Pickup – You're welcome to pick up your puppy at our home in West Palm Beach, FL (by appointment). • Public Meet-Up – We can meet at a nearby safe public location. • Airport Meet-Up – We offer free meet-up at Palm Beach International Airport (PBI). • Local Delivery – Free within 1 hour of West Palm Beach. Up to 3 hours available for an extra fee. • Flight Nanny – Nationwide delivery available via trusted flight nanny (fee applies).
Yes! All of our puppies come with a 1-year health guarantee for any life-threatening genetic disease, as diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian. Our goal is to provide happy, healthy puppies, and we take every step to ensure they leave us in excellent condition.
Yes. At XOXO Yorkies, our puppies are placed in pet-only homes under a strict spay/neuter agreement. Spay or neuter is required by 12 months of age, and proof must be provided in order to receive limited registration. Breeding is not permitted under this agreement. In rare cases, we may choose to place a puppy with approved, ethical breeders — but this is done strictly at our discretion and under separate terms. Any attempt to breed without written permission will be considered a breach of contract, and all health guarantees and registration rights will be void. Our priority is protecting our puppies, our program, and the future of the breed.
